Non attendance without prior cancellation of an appointment is an inconvenience for our doctors, nursing staff and receptionists. A fee will apply for non attendance and late cancellations of the appointments that you made. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let our receptionists know as soon as possible to reschedule. Late cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your appointment within 2 business days from your scheduled appointment time.
Please ensure that you respond to the confirmation text message you will be sent 6 days prior. If we have not received confirmation 2 business days prior, we will cancel your appointment and send a text message notifying you of the cancellation
